The food was amazing! I had Shrimp Enchiladas and they were so good! The service and atmosphere were great as well!

Please open one in New Port Richey! Lol. Best Mexican food I've had in a very long time! Very good drinks too. I had a blueberry margarita, and a blueberry mojito. We got jalapeno poppers as a app (SO DELICIOUS) and the free chips and salsa. Salsa is pretty good. I got a vegetarian enchilada, the rice and beans that come with it were amazing too. My fiance had the azul burrito. Him and I never finish food when we go out. My fiance did all but lick the plate clean. I wanted to save it for later because it was so good, but other than that I would have too lol. Everything was delicious. Our server was kind an attentive. Has a clean and friendly atmosphere.

Went out for a business dinner and had a great time. The atmosphere is relaxed and the art and food is amazing. Azul is a gem in the highlands county food culture and I recommend trying it if you haven’t yet

Edit. One of the pics is their polo la crema. Omg delicious. Chickin grillen onions n mushrooms in a cream sauce. So good.
Ok, so I dined at this gem tonight. I have very few poor things to say. The mariachi band was so loud I couldn't think. I was also told I couldn't get guacamole dip as they didn't have any, yet every dish ib saw came out with slice avocado. But, enough of that......
The margaritas were amazing. I can't remember the name of the dish I ordered, that's on me. However what came out was a big stone bowl with snow crab, shrimp, scallops, mussels, squid, fish, chorizo, cactus, cheese, etc in an amazing broth. It was....... glorious.

The food was great . Service not so much. I asked the server what kind of different beers they have and his answer was we had 15 different kinds, I'll be back when you decide. ...... Then when he came back he kept talking into his headset while taking our order. And had to ask another server for our bill. My husband likes the food so we will be back but hopefully the service will be better than we had today....

Azul Tequila was a pleasant surprise with friendly and attentive service, great atmosphere (only thing is I wished there had been Mexican music playing), ample parking for handicapped and overall parking, the food was flavorful and absolutely great portion sizes, the artwork and deco was beautiful. There was also a bar area that I didn’t try, but looked very promising. The prices were average and my party left very pleased. We would definitely recommend to others and we will be back. We came at lunchtime on a Tuesday. The fajitas were so delicious would highly recommend!

Actually pretty good. Clean. The service I received was beyond 5 stars. My waiter was awesome. The soup I got was the best ever. Definitely worth going.
