Subway

So sorry for the ONE STAR, but I have no options. We stopped here one evening hoping for a sandwich. The server refused access to the restroom. I was obviously needing the BATHROOM. I had no options at this point, and no I will not complete the story. ONE STAR is being generous. Never again. Thank you Seattle.

I went in to this particular subway and was extremely happy with the service. it was fast, friendly, and very clean. The staff go above and beyond the average service you'd expect at a subway. When I came in it was around noon on 11/7/2016 and they had a line from the register to the door with about 25 people in line. At first I thought "oh great this is going to take up most of my time I have for lunch" I work a couple blocks away and like most others I only get a half hour lunch. I can say I was pleasantly surprised by how fast I had my food in hand. These guys know how to work as a team, that's for sure. They cleared the line of people in about 4 minutes. All while taking the time to make polite and courteous conversation with everyone of the customers. I legitimately felt like they cared about their job and the customers. They all took the time to wash their hands, and even changed gloves for people that didn't eat meat, customers should feel assured that their preferences are accommodated and taken seriously. It was nice to actually sit down with my lunch and eat and not have to rush back to work and risk being late. I would recommend this subway to everyone who is looking for great food, quick and friendly service that is definitely well worth the money. I will definitely be coming back to dine here again and again.

I wish there is option to mark zero rating. WORST EVER SUB EXPERIENCE. There was a lady in her 40's/50s at the counter. 1. She said I ordered subs for cheap (its the offer sub gave me on my app) and I will not get chance to customize it 2. When I asked her to put more sriracha, she literally dumped the ~7 lines of sriracha looking angrily at me. After I said this is very poor customer experience, she looked very angrily at me again. 3. She made sub in the worst possible way. Kept the patty at the end of making sub, did not melt the cheese, did not toast the sub etc. We literally trashed the sub because we could not eat it as its toooo spicy and organized in the worst possible way possible.
