Kfc

I have used the drive thru twice in 2 months, both times my orders have came up short with no time to go get it corrected because I was on my way to work. First time the order didn't have any biscuits. This second order didn't have one of the sides. This is terrible for Searcy's only KFC, they used to be good and on point. Now the employees act like they don't care and are rude.

When we first got there, the doors were locked so we turned to leave and the girl working hung out the drive through window and screamed at us to come in. We came in and ordered: our entire order was waaaay wrong. The food we got was good, but was wrong. It wasn't just us, the next two couples that ordered also got the wrong orders.

I order the 12 piece chicken dinner on 3/18/22 around 7:00 pm which cost me 37.00 dollars. The chicken was so old and tasted so nasty I threw every bit of the chicken in the trash what a waste of money this kfc in searcy Arkansas needs to be shut down .or get sued cause people getting sick .this place is awful . shut this place down .

This place needs to be shut down. When i pulled up i didn't think it was open anymore it looked abandoned. I thought I was at a haunted house i was waiting on Scooby-Doo and the gang to pull up before I went inside. In the parking lot all the workers was outside smoking in one car except one. Then one of them gets out and comes in to take my order. I look behind the counter and it looks like they have cooked every pice of chicken every biscuit every French fry and mashed potatoes. Mind you they don't have any customers and all of the food looks old. Needless to say i would never go back ever and they gave me a free sandwich and i dont even want that.
