Taco Bell

My friend and I ordered on the app for about 30 minutes from the order time because we were busy and knew it would take us about 15 minutes to get there. They started making the food ASAP so I have no doubt my food was cold because it sat for so long. Not to mention, my friend had a bit of a bigger order and they had to remake her order upon arrival because THEY GAVE HER ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE. With an order that was decently sized I will never understand HOW they gave her order to someone else, and then didn't apologize for their lack of organization or even offer her a drink while she waited.

Typical taco,burrito,chalupa experience. Love the limited time Nacho fries when they have them. Only thing keeping them from five stars is every so often the drive thru employee mumbles and doesn't get orders right. Other than that there is no issue. If you go there and get that specific employee you'll know what I mean

Worst Taco Bell in Lakawanna County. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It is supose to close at 11, closed at 10... I made an online order to pickup and arrived to find the door closed. Very slow service, not kind at all. They even refused menu order items. Every single time is a very bad experience. One time the manager told us at 9:45 p.m. that we have to order, eat and leave before 10 pm, and I repeat, it's supose to close at 11. I love Taco Bell...but this one is garbage...believe me ¡¡¡garbage!!! Every day of week, every time at day...garbage. Manager even yelled at us when we were just asking them to give us the drinks of the meal we waited for in our car for almost an hour. Every single time a bad service, every single time...never a good experience, not once. Today was the last time I tried...we arrive at 9:45, we recieve our order at 10:40 with no sodas, so we had to wait again. Go the one located in Pittston or the one at Dickson City...never to the one at Olive St...believe me IT IS GARBAGE.
