Taco Bell

Did not expect much , but the service was verybad . We had placed mobile order and went inside to pick it up .The person working in the counter just threw the food at the counter and when asked is it our order she did not even care to respond. Our order had a drink in it when I asked her about it she just did not respond and went inside to prepare someone else order. Very rude and zero hospitality The food was under cooked and I could taste the flour . They were sold out on mexican pizza . Would definitely avoid this taco bell next when I'm next time in the area

My dad ordered a bean burrito and got a rice burrito. My dad almost took a bite until he saw mold on the tortilla! My bean burrito was just fine, but my dad called the manager. The manager said he was sorry and that he would refund my dads burrito, but my dad just said to check the tortilla. Ever since that day, he has been scared to take a bite out of their burritos... *Shudders* They seem to be doing better now, but I never want that happening to anyone else.

It seems that Door Dash and Uber Eats orders are this stores main priority. We ordered on the kiosk inside the building for dine-in. Our food took 20 mins (for 4 items and 2 drinks) and when the worker put the food up on the counter, drink cups were not on the tray and we waited another couple of minutes for those before reaching over the counter and grabbing them ourselves. Food was cold when we sat down. Lesson: if they’re busy, just go someplace else.

this specific tacobell in schofield wi, my food was cold(like not cooked through, imagine a microwaved lasagna) so brought it back and they tried blaming the sour cream when the cheese in my quesoritto wasn't even a little melted, and then when I get my new one they threw hot sauce in it. (my original had no sauce)

I have gone this place many times but the last time was probably the best. The cashier was super friendly and the food was really pretty good. We went during lunch so their were cars going through the drive through every two minutes but we were able to get our food pretty fast. The only complaint that I have is our food took second place to a group that the cashier knew so we had to wait because of some favoritism... Otherwise not too bad.
