Wow, what an amazing location, the manager here DeMarco is hands down one of the most kind and customer oriented employees I have ever met. He greeted my wife and I with an amazing smile and struck up an amazing conversation. I am from Ohio and met Dave Thomas while he was working at his Dublin location, and Demarco and the rest of the employees here embody what Wendy's is famous for. 10 stars out of 5!!!!

I thought the new fries are supposed to better. Or is it possibly the awful employees they hire. Or possibly the owner who should be there on a daily basis to make sure the workers aren’t slacking. Look at this blob of fries. Translucent and shiny with no color. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Like the other reviewers it’s a love hate with this specific Wendy’s.

Ordered at Weston Wendy's drive through, given no receipt. Waited as asked, received the order then went to my office. Unwrapped the classic egg sandwich and it looks like it was made for someone else as there are biscuits parts all over the top of the egg, cheese and bacon. Now I am leary of it as I don't know if it was someone else's return order so I threw it away.

This place is the most disgusting place I’ve ever eaten at.. My burger had a long gross hair on top of the patty. The only reason I found it was because it fell apart when I took it out of the wrapper. Next the menu is so old fashioned I couldn’t even read it.. without walking super close to the register.. While we were eating a few employees were screaming messing around in the eating area.. like literally jumping an screaming laughing.. One of the cooks walks out with gloves still on his hands.. I couldn’t believe my EYES!! He looked like a 16 year old bum off the streets!! His hair was long an super greasy.. an just looked so dirty!! My husband at that point was done.. we threw our food away.. never again! We were so disappointed.. this Wendy’s should be shut down.. absolutely disgusting!!!!

First of all, I used to be a restaurant manager… and I realize that people tend to not put rave reviews, and tend to vent their frustration!
With that said, my brother and I stopped in Wendy’s in Weston. The food was good… however the cashier appeared ungroomed, has no “sense of urgency”, and offered no “Welcome to Wendy’s!” let alone a “hello!”
Wendy’s used to be great! But, I’m in no hurry to stop back in!

I wish I could give some merit to this location, but unfortunately, there is little to give in terms of positives. We went in around 8:45, and got told that the drive through is closed but the lobby is open; no big deal. However, upon going into the lobby, we were greeted with a dirty work area, a slacking cashier, and a heated verbal altercation. Needless to say, we were done after hearing all the swearing and waiting 5 minutes to get noticed at the counter. To our surprise, the door was locked. All in all, this place needs a major overhaul of the many things that need to be addressed. Trust the reviews, don't stop here.

Horrible service! The employees are rude and rush taking your order. They continue to ask, “Is that it?” in a rude tone after every item. This particular location is always out of certain items on the menu and never seem to have it back in stock or ready to serve. The manager “Demarco” was very rude to my friend and I. As an employee and especially as a manager, one should never yell at customers. I am appalled by his behavior. God forbid anyone have any special requests or want to order more than two items. Patience is a virtue my friend. Hands down the worst manager I have ever encountered, and poor customer service skills!

I ordered through EatStreet as I was just in a horrible car accident, I received my food and was missing some of my order. I called and talked to the manager I was very nice about it until he wanted to sit and argue with me about it. I was looking at my order online & told him I had been charged for the extra items, & again he proceeded to argue with me. After I said “Okay thank you” he hung up on me.
Very unprofessional & rude.
I haven’t ate there in YEARS & definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.
