Kfc

Mike the cashier was very nice. However the chicken sandwich was very dry. It taste like it had been sitting in the heating cabinet staging area for hours. The lady that handed out the food was very rude I had to ask her for napkins and ketchup again [I asked for that when I ordered the food] Also had to ask her to fill up the drinks to the rim and she acted like it wasn't her job to do this. We sat in the drive thru 20 minutes', they need to rename "Fast food" to "Late Food" Just Terrible.

I just want to say I have a family of 6 and ended up eating dinner out at KFC the lobby closes at 9 which we didn't know.. we got there around 8:40.. The cashier was unbelievably wonderful MIKE INSISTED IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM AND INVITED US TO STAY AND DINE IN.. MIKE WAS A VERY WONDERFUL PERSON AND KFC IS LUCKY TO HAVE A HAPPY SPIRITED GENTLEMAN THAT ENJOYS HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT HE GIVES CUSTOMERS

Entered the lobby at 9pm behind a family of 4, the took the family order and then told me that the lobby is closed (even though as stated earlier, I was right behind another family) Told me I had to leave and go to the drive-thru which is open till 10pm. Very poor customer service and rude. Then when I got to the drive they the only drinks they said they had was Pepsi, mountain dew, and unsweetened tea.Took forever in drivethru to get food, 20minutes with only 3 cars. Then when I get to drivethru window, I see canister that says sweet tea. Deserves 0 stars. Ridiculous!

This location has been the ONLY location that I have wanted to go to because the other locations for some strange reason, the food makes me sick in the stomach. This location has been closing earlier and earlier for the past several months now. I went last Thurs. Got there at 5:15pm, to be told by the store that they closed at 5p. ON A THUR.... YOUR OTHER NEAREST LOCATION ON PAT BOOKER HAS A LINE FROM EGYPT TO TIMBUKTU..... YOU GUYS ARE SLACKING ALOT RIGHT NOW. YOU'RE GOING TO END UP CLOSING PERMANENTLY IF YOU DONT GET THINGS RIGHT.
