Stop in to get a large bucket of legs and thighs and all the sides... ( ended up getting chicken) the cooks just got slammed by customers and they had to. make. couple of items so we had I little bit of a wait, while waiting they talked and joked around with us, had a good stopand take out. All the food was was cooked great. I had not made a return trip ,,but when I do I will thank them for the great job ,

Wow I just went in to order a late lunch to this newly remodeled KFC in Savoy Illinois and even though the store looks nice on the outside the workers are the same old rude and condescending. I ordered 6 peace honey barbecue boneless and the young "super cool" 20 year old ,who apparently already made a judgment about me, said there would be a 12 to 16 minute wait. I said okay. Well then do you have the spicy chicken he tilted his head back and mumbled "nawww we ain't got no spicy chicken all we got is wings" I said the spicy chicken on the sign you don't even sell them? He said naawwww as he glared a at me with disgust. I said never mind I will go where my business is wanted. No problem I don't have to give my money to a place that acts this way. This ain't Chicago MR COOL I will never go back.

Went to KFC Sunday night around 8:30 PM Savoy location. Spent close to $50 on food which included two chicken sandwiches, six chicken Littles, two large fries and four drinks. They made my husband pull around front to wait in which we had warm fries. The two full-size chicken sandwiches were chicken tenders and cold not lukewarm but COLD. The chicken Littles were COLD. Receipt was not given. My husband didn’t check the order prior to leaving as we expected everything was fresh since we had to wait. Called four times with no answer, check the bag and no receipt was given. For spending $50 on food I am highly disappointed!!! I will be calling tomorrow to speak with a general manager and calling corporate. I typically don’t do this or give reviews but this was absolutely uncalled for…

It was lunchtime and I thought some good ole KFC would hit the spot. I haven't been there in awhile. I must have gotten the "value meal" version. The drumstick was about the same size a wing drummy, the thigh was about the size of a whole wing and the biscuit was just a little bit bigger than a silver dollar. I am also not sure what the brown lump in the mashed potatoes was but I didn't eat them needless to say. Quality is seriously lacking! KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken (1321 N Dunlap Ave, Savoy, IL)

I had to place a last minute very large catering order today for my team. Not only was it ready in 15 minutes, an employee carried it out to my car for me, and the entire order was correct! I'm impressed with how quickly they were able to work, the kindness from the staff, and appreciate that everything was there. Thank you to this KFC team!
