The courts are a bit narrow for badminton, but overall, it's a great place. It also has an amazing sound system. I have been there a few times, so I can vouch that it's a good place

Gym is great - well equipped. People put their weights back and wipe down their equipments. Always empty around 7pm. Staff is nice. Affordable. What else can I ask for?

Staff is helpful and friendly. Clean place. However, the equipment is very outdated and could use some upgrading.

I've started going to the gym/weights room again. Always liked the YWCA. Friendly staff. Large selection of equipment, free weights, cardio machines, circuit trainers. Lockers, showers, even swimming pool! Great atmosphere, seniors, college athletes, all ages, co-ed.

The outreach workers are extremely helpful for programming and other services you may need they also helped me out with a cell phone when I had first went there for a room .... I recommend the out reach support workers for sure
