I love this location! I’ve gone to plenty of subway location and this is my favorite in town. Staff is always welcoming and friendly especially Rosa and Evelyn. It’s also super clean! Every time I walk in, I see someone cleaning. I’m very satisfied with their customer service and highly recommend it.

The customer service is amazing the girl working was so nice. The reason I gave 3 stars is the ingredients. Subways prices have gone up but the quality of pepper Jack cheese is awful. It’s the texture of a craft single. I was very disappointed and ended up throwing away all the meat covered in cheese.

Ordered online. Arrived at the time my order was ready walked and collected my food. Got home and ate it, it was good. The employees did a good job.

Horrible customer service... rude and wouldn't work with the customer... couldn't make a sandwich because they weren't the right ingredients!? What.... ended up walking out with out a sandwich & whent to a diffrent location... the lady shouldn't be working their if she doesnt like her job... or if she does t have patience to deal with customers... she shouldn't work in the customer service business with that attitude...

Been here a few times and have noticed this is the only Subway in Salinas where they REALLY skimp your portions. didn't pay much mind since i know Subway has their measured portions and can be pretty stingy about it, until i saw the manager of the store hauling what looked like veggies in a box to her car early in the morning. (reminded me of my McDonalds Manager who would take flour tortillas home) That's when i found out where my portions were going. skip this one there's a Subway every 2 miles. Unless you want 4 leaves of spinach and 3 black olives in a footlong.
