I think this will be the last BK I visit. I have a sneaking suspicion that the owner of this particular location is a bit greedy. The drink machine inside is always watered down (guess he's trying to save on syrup). This location charges for extra lettuce and extra mayo, which wouldn't be a big deal if they put an adequate amount on in the first place but they don't. The $5 meal deal going on is $6 at this location. Calm down, you're not in a high traffic downtown spot to justify the markup on your baby whopper meal. Not once have I ever gotten a chicken sandwich from this location (baring the one time I asked for extra lettuce and mayo and was charged for it) and it had more than a few little cuts of lettuce and an application of mayo so light you could mistake it for grease from the chicken. Service is inconsistent. 50/50 chance whether your meal will be made in a timely manner or you'll be waiting quite a while. And these are just issues with this particular location. The one consistent thing about the BK franchise as a whole is that there is always going to be something so disappointing about the food or restaurant you visit that it makes you go "oh yeah, now I remember why I'd just rather go to McDs".

What I ordered - Double Whopper with cheese and no onion. What I got - Single Whopper no cheese and a bunch of onion. Either the workers here are incompetent, or management doesn't know how to train their workers properly. It wasn't even close to what I ordered on top of the fact that it was cold. Based on the other reviews for this location, management needs to be changed. Absolutely no sense of pride here apparently. Can't even read an order ticket and make what was paid for.
