Subway

My wife and I stopped in on our way through town yesterday morning. We were greeted by Luke, who had a smile and said thank you for joining us, what can I get from you. Service was very good and courteous. As we left he thanked us for the tip and to have a Merry Christmas. I do not see this type of service as often anymore form teenagers. I want to make sure Luke gets the recognition he deserves. The subs we great too.

I went on my lunch break to purchase a sub, I signed up for the rewards programs because I love going to subway and love the coupons! I tried to redeem a coupon and the store manager Dawn couldn’t figure out how to redeem the coupon so she charged me for me a meal. I asked multiple if this was correct and she kept assuring me it was, although when I got the receipt I was charged for the whole meal without hot the coupon. I tried twice to fix the issue with the coupon and she refused to help. I would not recommend this subway.

If I could actually give this place LESS than one star, I would. This is the rudest and laziest Subway I have EVER visited. I ordered a chopped salad ... and they told me they were too busy to make a salad. One of their more recent excuses was due to covid, although.. EVERY OTHER SUBWAY HAS MADE A CHOPPED SALAD!!!! This is a complaint I will take all the way up the Subway chain. They shouldn't even OFFER it, if they are too lazy to make it. GROSS, NEGLIGENT customer service.
