Pretzel Maker

I was very disappointed with Pretzel maker today. 👎 I went there and ordered the mozzarella bites. I asked for ranch dipping sauce, only to find out that they no longer have it as an option. That was my first disappointment. My second disappointment came when the guy said, “we’ll have jalapeño ranch dipping sauce in May.” He also named a few others, but I had to explain to him that I have a food allergy, and pretzel maker is one of the few places that I can eat at. Please bring back the regular ranch dipping sauce, since I can’t have any other dipping sauces that you offer. Otherwise I’ll have to take my business elsewhere, and risk having a reaction to something I ate.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazingly friendly staff, consistent quality of food and clean feel. I see a lot of complaints of long waits and food not being readily available.. they work inside of a 10 x10 box and pump out hundreds of orders a day. If they do the right thing and make stuff fresh, it takes too long but if they have them up for order, people complain about the quality of product. I’ve seen people be outright rude and disrespectful to the employees and still the team members never turn rude or short with guests. Keep up the good work guys!
