I found a literal plastic NAIL in my sandwich. Cannot make this up - please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go for lunch. Only positive experience I've had with this place is the older gentleman handling the cashier. I'd be cautious ordering anything an employee has to make.

They never answer the phone and they never give the doordash drivers the drinks I order. Horrible service. I'm done giving them chances. Get your act together

So I ordered through GrubHub... Two Tuna Sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and two sodas. The order arrives and the driver tells me that their are items missing but doesn't know what because he's not allowed to open the bag.. understandable. I open the bag and there are only two sodas .. thats allllll... They delivered the order without the sandwiches and chips... whats the point... Now I have to wait for my money to get refunded and wait another hour to get my food from another delivery app. They should've just called me and told me that they couldn't deliver the order in full so all of this could have been avoided.

As a repeated customer there I’ve dealt with Scott multiple times and he repeatedly asked to see my Id I don’t feel safe giving my Id to him as he is the only one who does it all the other associates recognize Me by face idk if I should feel worried about him memorizing my information as much as he has seen my Id

I've been Going to this location in saddlebrook for 15 years and it's always never been great but over the last couple of years and especially on my trip today it has seriously gone downhill. The coffee station is always dirty. There's always milk sitting out not in the freezers. Most of the time the coffee is cold. And today I found out that they no longer carry hazelnut coffee, a staple of the coffee world in my humble opinion. No other quick check is as filthy and disorganised as this 1. I really hope they can step up their game soon.
