When I asked for cream cheese with my bagel I didn’t mean a bagel with my cream cheese…

I called ahead to order a dozen donuts. When I arrived, Jason greeted me with a smile and good morning. My donuts were ready and I went to pay but realized I didn't have enough on my gift card that I walked in with. I said I'd run out to my car but to my surprise Jason said it was okay. He pulled out his wallet and paid the rest for me. I am speechless and moved by his actions. I hope his manager and his parents see this because they have a great guy at work and home! Thanks again Jason!

This Dunkin' always gets your order right. Drinks are made well, food is fresh, and the line moves quickly. The staff is friendly - and the management team is incredibly outgoing.

I've been coming to this location for a year now always great service nice people
Till today rude gave me a bagel with no cream cheese then when I asked for more they were rude like it was a big joke with the other employees
Messing with people's food is serious I'm never coming back sorry for all the nice people

Every few years I'll stop into Dunkin' Donuts to see it they're any better than I remember. Is far they seem to be consistently mediocre.
The donuts aren't bad, but I don't understand why they're so proud of the coffee. Even the "no problem" responses from the staff (as in, "no problem for placing an order and giving us your money").
I'll keep going to the locally owned stores. When it comes to food, Atlanta has amazing foods! Sublime Donuts is probably the best. There's a bunch others our there too, some with great coffee.
