Placed a large order the day prior. This location had everything packed and ready to go when we walked in to pick it up. They even offered us a free iced coffee and helped carry the food and drinks to the car. I highly recommend this location.

Today I went for a vanilla chai on 8/28/2019 at 8 am, when I was offered the hot vanilla chai I politely requested if I can have a cold one, the server over the counter was very rude and constantly arguing with the staff, eventually the rest of the staff were much well behaved than the server and they replaced with a cold one, if anyone reads the review find the name of the server, she might be Indian and in her 40s, she should be taught customer sevice skills, she doesn't have any awareness, mannerism, she sucks, in her job.

Amazing staff. I only gave them a 5 min. heads up to get together a 50 item order and it was packed and ready by the time I walked in the door. They were extremely helpful, and courteous. AWESOME!

Go there for the iced coffee all their drinks look good not a donut fan from there they get too hard too fast Country Donuts or anything else is better

Good customer service, afternoon service is quick. Always pleasant employees. Morning service service is a little slower. Allow extra time for long lines.

I love Dunkin' Donuts! They have great coffees that are not as expensive as you know who.

You could be waiting in line here and if one of their regulars walk in the staff will let them cut you and take their order first and get them their drinks first, crazy last time I checked that's not good customer service.
