Wendy's

Was quick and had good service. Update 12/27/21- I have been here twice since my last review. I have nothing good to say. My visit today my sandwich was wrong/incomplete whatever. I nerve recking to go lunch and they mess it up. I ordered an Asiago and loom what I got in the pictures. Another time I had to leave because it was just disgusting with raw meat on the ordering counter with cookies and the young lady eating taking orders in there. This place has gone down the toilet.

I usually don't frequent this place but I stopped in the other day for the $5 biggie bag. The sandwich was cool and very sloppy. The nuggets was warm, the fries was hot. The only thing disturbed me was they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BAG FOOD. Maybe the should go back watch their videos & relearn how to do it smh!!!

I would have given a 4 or 5 Star if Wendy wasn't such a greedy B. $6.06 for a single by Itself??? Really??? I did the survey on the recipe and ordered 2 Singles, in which 1 was "Free" and still paid $6.06 and it didn't even taste worth $6 I am officially done with this place. Oh and McDonalds and Burger King Taste Better for the Money.

This place is a total joke they don't have lids for their cups they don't have half the things on their menu. They don't have hot fries ever. I come in there today and look past all of that just to get my meal and it literally be a completely opposite thing. I go back inside and tell them and they say they are out of all the things to make my order I wanted. Then while I'm being polite as possible the shift manager has the nerve to tell me she is getting irritated. I don't know what's going on but step your game up.

I made and paid for order online a salad and 2 baked potatoes when I arrived to Wendy's the guy at At the window handed me my food and I looked in the bag And told him this was not my order Then he proceeded to tell me that it was my order At this point I said well I have the online Receipt right here sir. That's when this young lady came over and said I'm sorry sir but we don't have the food you ordered. I will say she did her best but the service was horrible and the food I got to replace what I ordered was cold and horrible I am convinced this is the worst Wendy's in Michigan.

Well 2 parts to this review, last Friday I decided to use the app and choose curbside...after sitting almost 20 minutes during my 30 lunch I call and find out there not doing curbside, and yet every car coming throughis asked to pull up and someone walks there food out...was already running late for work and so I couldn't pick up the order, instead of refundimy money they kept it as if I picked up my food. I Tried again today and this time just pulled up through drive through. Then I get back to eat my food and my jtlr hamburger is basically plain...I would go somewhere else
