4440 Franklin Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24014 - Stopped for a biscuit today around 12:45 PM. Was hungry but no time to cook, with a major home task to accomplish, and this Bojangles was on my route. Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was very good. Everything seemed quite fresh. I could go for another one! Service time was very reasonable and the young woman I interacted with was pleasant.

20 years I've not had Bojangles and it is still just as good as ever. Popeyes could never match the flavor that Bo's has.

You guys did everything right. Food came out in a timely fashion and was excellent. Please don't change. Made a traveling family happy.

The chicken sandwich was terrible it was no chicken at all hardly it was all just crust my dog couldn't even eat it it was so hard. Don't get me wrong I like crust on my chicken but I don't want the whole sandwich to be crust with no chicken

Service was great and the food was fantastic!!! Could use a spot of cleaning but otherwise was an awesome experience!!!

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Chicken was dried up and not fresh. $18.00 for 2 little dried up legs and a tiny little breast, a biscuit, tiny coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a salad. Unbelievable that a restaurant would serve such mess.

Tried to visit on a high recommendation from a friend, but the employee said they were closed when we got there at 8:40pm without an explanation. Two weeks ago the business confirmed on Google that they are open until 10pm. It is my last day in town and I’m very disappointed I won’t get to try a bo-berry biscuit before leaving to head home to Idaho.
