I watched the one guy scratch his head and face multiple times while handling the food without gloves. The food not only tasted old and bad but was put in the bag sideways and upside down to where it spilled. The famous bowl was filled half full instead of completely full like every other time I've gotten it. The only good thing I can say about this visit was the two girls that were taking orders and running the window were very nice.

Absolutely the worst KFC around. I honestly don't know why I keep wasting my time coming here. Maybe I thought that this place would change but, I'm fooling myself. Poor customer service (if that's even a thing anymore), order is never right and of course they never have any extra crispy....go figure.

The fries are old, we've been waiting for the rest of our food for 15 minutes, and they gave us the mash potatoes for the car in front of us. Lucky we're together! Get yourselves together people. Until then, one star because zero isn't an option.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with no pickles and then I asked for some ranch for my fries. They ignored both of those requests for some reason

Waited in drive thru for almost 45 minutes, then they got our order completely wrong, even though there were like five employees in there.
