Prices on menu rare false, ordered a chicken bacon ranch they put rotisserie I stated I wanted the grilled chicken they said it would cost extra I said why it doesn’t state that it comes with rotisserie like other sandwiches do they said that’s what’s in the computer so we have to charge you extra. Anther employee came I as I was dealing with this issue the most unprofessional fast food worker I’ve in countered named Jasper told me if you don’t like it go eat somewhere else. Who ever owns this franchise should be appalled first you are stealing from your customers witch is a crime and I will be making a complaint about false advertising and then you employee people y who tell what little customers that do come in to go somewhere else. Way to go! Jasper keep working in fast food I’m sure no one else will put up with your embarrassing attitude and lack of respect for customers as well as the poor person who franchised this location. I will be following up with letting others know in this community about what is going on at this location

I was in order to buy 10 sandwiches for my church as Sundays meeting， I looked at the note which posts on out doors of the subway, nothing was mentioned about "No animals nor dogs", so my small, lovely dog and me walked in for my orders. As soon as I opened the door, a young man and woman who told me "No dogs", I was confused and told them "There was no sign nor words that mentioned no dogs". You should put a sign to express whatever you needed, you should not rule out anyone without posted rules! It's too Rude to let your any customer getting out !

Absolutely amazing customer service, as always. Sign on the door requires customers to wear a mask which is a great idea for everyone’s safety. I come here often after long days at work and the staff is always very friendly and willing to go above and beyond. One of the last few places in Jurupa Valley with superior customer service!
