I got the you pick two chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Pretty fresh and decent meal. Would recommend. The food is good but its still overpriced. The only complaint is that the dining room was pretty full on a Saturday but there isn’t really anything that can be done about that.

Broccoli cheddar soup and a half turkey bacon Avocado sandwich. Soup was nice and hot and very good. Sandwich had fresh bread, very moist turkey, Avocado were perfectly ripe, could use a bit more sauce as always Panerai tends not to put a lot of sauce on there sandwiches. Bacon was a bit on the under done side for my taste, but everyone has an opinion on done bacon should be. Great job in the food department. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Employees seemed very nice.

Can the owners/management hire someone to clean outside and the entrance of Panera? It really REAKS of spoiled milk and trash 🤮 Pressure washing everything is a good start.
The place itself isn’t bad at all, but I just can’t deal with that stench outside. The outside floor area is DIRTY. Maybe it’s the yogurt land next door too. But whatever the case, I avoid this place as much as possible. I came for a door dash and it was tough. 😮💨 Time for the owners bear buy to all come up with a solution. PLEASE. I want to enjoy Riverside. I don’t want this reputation for our city. 🙏

Came in to order the new flatbread pizza, they were out. Went to get my favorite tea, out. Asked for butter, out of butter. The pandemic was not nice to this store. The seating areas are looking tired and worn, the seatbacks and walls have splashes of food on them. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious!

Be careful with this location. A worker (guy) came up to my mom while I was on FT right now and told her to leave because she “cussed”. Not sure why he would be tuning into our conversation where’s the privacy? & If there was any profanity being used amongst ourselves (IF) I didn’t know they would come up to you and try to embarrass you in front of the guests at the establishment for talking to each other. Stop harassing your customers and do better.

My go-to weekend breakfast spot, however, this time there was no coffee other than dark roast, no stir sticks, no half & half amd no towels in the bathroom. C'mon Panera you can and should do better.

The place is well laid out. Usually pretty clean. The staff has been helpful in the past. However, this last visit my order was forgotten and I was left sitting for an extended period of time. Though, once brought to their attention, my order was soon delivered.
The food follows the standard quality of any Panera. The location next to the Galleria makes it convenient. I would recommend this place for a bite to eat between errands.
