Panera Bread

Ordered a cookie and Asian sesame chicken salad. The food was messed up and they forgot to add the utensils. So I went back and asked for a fork and they gave me an attitude about it. I don’t see what the issue is. Do your job right so you don’t have to give an attitude. For the salad it was mainly lettuce with barely any chicken. There was a tiny bit of sesame seeds and no cilantro or almonds. I’m sure that they didn’t run out of all of those ingredients and that they were just lazy to do the order. I recommend going to another Panera since the food is good still.

If I can give them zero stars I would. READ THIS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDERS AT THIS LOCATION. Not once or TWICE but THREE TIMES! This Panera has either given me the WRONG ORDER or something is always MISSING! I pay more and always end up NOT getting what I paid for. Waste of money and TIME. So Before you WALKOUT with your food. Make sure to DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAG. Cause chances are you will have to waste your time coming back ! Super upsetting cus mind you I work down the block and I only have 30min to pick up and come back and eat. Really disappointed at the staff. Manager needs to make sure all employees are attentive to customers orders. Especially for Pick up orders and to go orders. Def Not coming back here.
