Mcdonald's

The food was your typical McDons. What bothered me was the wait time for the drive through. All 3 spots were taken waiting for food, me one of them, and vehicles kept going through the line like it was nothing. The line at Culver's across the street seriously moved quicker and that's really saying something. Not sure if they were short on staff but to wait in a McDonald's drive through for 10+ minutes is certainly odd. Oh, no apology either which was the main reason I feel like writing this.

Berlin Wisconsin 54923 location. Garbage! Don't waste your money. They have a bunch of kids working there that could care less about the food they serve. Bad attitudes all around here. They can't even get a cheeseburger with no pickle correct. The only item I ordered and it was wrong 2 different times in a row. I'll never spend another nickel at this place and suggest you save yours as well!!

I wen through the drive thru, talked to a male employee, i know because when i pulled up to pay, the employee taking my money sounded exactly like the one taking my order, i was told to pull into stall 2, i recieved stall 3s food, and when i went in to get my proper order, a different employee insisted that she took my order and said i didnt order the items i asked for, and made me pay for my food again, and i again didnt recieve some of the items i had asked for. I understand fast food is busy, but i dont think ill be returning to this mc donalds anytime soon.

If your going to pay your employees 15$ an hour they should at least know how to do their job. This is ridiculous every single time I come there, something is missing, I ask every time if everything is in the bag and every single time I’m either missing something or they didn’t even listen to what I said and I don’t even have half my order. Ridiculous.

What a disappointment! Stopped in for quick breakfast while traveling. Hash browns were cold and covered in quagulated grease. The mcmuffins were also cols. I have a huge sweet tooth annd thought I'd try the new pull-aparts. What a HUGE disappointment!! Figured they'd be warm, soft and gooey. Nope, they were cold, hard and anything but gooey. Basically, they were horrible. Save your money and eat at home as much as you can. Maybe then, when we aren't spending our money there, they will get back to QUALITY at a fair price. NOT junk at a high price.
