The food was good. They forgot my coleslaw, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. KFC gave me the food the next day but I was still charged and I don't believe I should have been charged. However the food was great. The chicken could have been more fresh but the coleslaw was the best. Just if you go, check your food to make sure it's all there.

Went on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm.6/24/22 Drive thru speaker was broke, with a sign that said go to window #2...4 other cars in line , So I decided to go in...both entrance doors were locked so you couldn't get in. Employee motioned me to use the drive thru... I guess the 2-3 little kids running around inside dining area , were more important to them , than a paying customer. I have Never gotten good service from this restaurant....Than God for the New Jack's across the street..They always treat me right.

If I could give them half a star i would. I spent 15 waiting on the drive through line before I got to the speaker. Once I made it to the speaker she asked to wait 5 more minutes. I constantly said “hello” to the speaker to see if i would get their attention but nothing would happen. Then once she took my order she asked “original or crispy?” I told her original.... and they didn’t have it... then why was I given the option? Any way, by the time I got my order I had spent 35 minutes on the drive through.

Placed order in the drive thru. The lady who took my order could've been a little more customer oriented in my opinion, but got the order placed correctly. Had to pull over & wait, as expected they were busy & it was a decent order. The wait was not long and the young lady who brought my food out was super nice & actually made the whole experience worth it!! The reason for the 4 stars, is the lady who took the order could've been more friendly, and they only had hot sauce. Food was great!

Horrible!! Having to wait on the food wasn't the worse but we waited long enough smh. The fact that they asked us to park and then came to our vehicle twice with the wrong order. Both workers did not apologize but just looked like they didn't know what was going on. Will never come to this place again

It was taco bell and KFC, not to good! I ate 3 tacos and had a drink. They have removed all packages of salt, taco sauce hot and mild napkins... spaced seating 6 feet and etc. By and large l only place 1 star regardless of what they showed...

This doesn't even deserve a whole star! Terrible service! Waited over 40 minutes for our food, and the order was wrong! Samething happened last week. Would be a great idea to close it down and open a Popeyes. From now on I'll fry my own chicken! This place will not get another cent from me!
