Kfc

Driving in from Chicago yesterday and decided to pickup some chicken on the way home. Tried calling 17 times in 40 minutes and line was busy. We ask for all dark meat so wanted to give team extra time to have ready. We figured it was busy since Covington store is closed. Much to our surprise the lot was empty and so was the store? We called the number again inside and guess what, it rang once and went busy. We heard it ring. I figured they had the phone forwarded to another line to not have to answer. We requested dark meat and when we got home it was mixed with breast, so 50.00 of chicken was wrong. Common KFC, you are better than this.

So disappointed in the honey bbq wings! They are either stingy with the bbq sauce or they just don’t care! I went back to get more sauce for wings, and she gave me a small bowl with maybe 1 teaspoon of sauce. I said that’s not enough, and she said she wasn’t allowed to give more sauce. KFC needs to coat each wing in sauce!

First of all, the cashier had a nasty attitude. Secondly, they were out of sodas, they were out of french fries, they were just out of pretty much everything! I asked for my chicken to be crispy they gave me original. Everything was thrown in the box like they just didn't care. When I was eating my chicken, I noticed that part of it looked like it was still raw. It didn't look fresh, like the cooking grease is probably old. Shortly after eating a piece of chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuit, I felt so sick that I literally threw up. They need to be shut down!!!
