Kfc

Good food but severely understaffed. Felt sorry for guy manning the window. He was taking drive-thru orders and satisfying customers at the window, a very nerve-wracking undertaking....I would have screamed! However, he was poised and maintained his sense of humor and courtesy, really good for customer satisfaction. Understaffing is not facility's fault, and really didn't create any issues, there were "Help Wanted" signs posted prominently all around the building, just a sign of the times. Without the competent young man at the window it could have been disastrous. We'll continue to patronize this KFC and hope for better times.

I'm sorry you have to work there, but if you didn't want the job....why apply? I understand a "bad day", but disrepct isn't needed. I can only place one order of fries, the drink machine is limited to 2 options, and overall bad service. You would think that after I patiently waited for 22 minutes...it would be a different temperament. I left. Save yourself the time and headache....just don't go there......
