Cookie Store

Very bad place... The cookie store should be shut down. Very poor service. Especially the manager, owner named drew he's awful. He mistreated me and didn't give me a paycheck when I worked there. He wouldn't sign a form I needed signed that was important to me. If anyone goes there I wouldn't even go there to buy any of their food. I'm putting this as a bad review. Awful manager compared to the employers.

I normally love the cookie store, I have since I was a kid. But yesterday was horrible! I was standing there for about 5 minutes waiting on the girl to get my order, someone else walks up to order and then they ask the girl behind the counter if she Wants to get my order first because I was already there. The girl behind the counter says “no” and takes the other girl order. I was FURIOUS and I walked off! Love the cookies! REALLY dislike the service!

My bf loves their double stuffed delight. It's two giant cookies stuffed with some kind of frosting. The cookies are always fresh with a nice chew to it. They also have $2 deal bags for the ones that are a day old, overbaked or broken. That's a great way to be able to try a few different kinds of cookies for such a low price! The staff is always friendly. I came by tonight around 7pm, had to wait about 5 mins for her to set up nacho cheese for a customer, she offered me a fountain drink for the wait. A lot of places won't even do that! We're happy customers.

Must say by far the best cookies . But I had better .. the service is “somewhat”great .The manager needs to learn more marketing skills and how to run a business the “correct way “. Watching your employers all day will not make your business successful. It’s a business that’s starting from the bottom and that has a long way to go . *my experience as a employee* ..

I work in the mall and I always go here for cookies on break ..different times of the day...every time I go the girls are rude and flirting with the boys that work there in the stand in front of there store ... worst customers service and desire to preform a good a job !! But cookies are good most days .
