Love this place. Such good ice cream, waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, ice cream, did I mention the ice cream? Also does vegan sorbet options.

Excellent place to visit for an indulgent ice cream dessert!. Choices of waffles and crepes or sundaes with over 60 ice creams to choose from. Helpful and kind staff. Extremely clean throughout with staff cleaning tables and all food prep areas constantly. Take away ice creams available in tubs of various sizes. Full disability access throughout and disabled toilets. Parking kerbside on an retail and industrial estate. Outside seating area too when weather permits. Well worth a visit!

The ice cream is top-notch and they have really good staff. You have the option of trying the different flavours before you buy the ice cream. There is ample space inside and outside if you want to hang around. Simply awesome

Went for the first time on Saturday. Wow what a choice of flavours and exceptionally clean. We sat inside the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you haven't been I highly recommend a visit. They have over 40 flavours

Considering I haven't been to sub Zero since before the pandemic & to the point its been nearly 11 months since I solid cold turkey quit smoking, the ice cream tastes 1000 times better ❤️

Great selection of ice creams and creps, full of flavour and nice tasting, nice amount of seating outside and few inside to, can be as cheap or as dear as you want it to be depending on what you want, went here with family for fathers day it was a good end of day treat. Would say, though, there is no carpark, but it is located on a industrial estate so can park on road out side but there are double yellow lines not sure if anyone has eva been booked but as it was after 5 on sunday there wasnt any traffic enforcement agents out and about so park anywhere as its also the end of the industrial estate.

First time for me to go here. It was a good experience with lots of different ice creams to choose from. It was busy but had lots of seating both inside and out. Ended up taking a few tubs home. I've never seen so many different ice creams to choose from. The shop itself is very modern and a great design and the staff were warm and friendly.

Absolutely stunning dessert place. There are plenty of choices from milkshakes, waffles, cheesecakes, crepes and so much more. Not to mention the huge selection of ice creams and different ways to have them, tubs, boats, and a variety of cones. A definite must visit place in the Rhondda with the tastiest ice cream around. Oh and parking outside and tables and seats both inside and out.

Great little ice cream and dessert parlour nestled away on an industrial estate at th top of a huge hill/mountain. Always extremely busy, which denotes the popularity of it. Very long opening hours (10pm even on a Sunday night!) Which is incredibly convenient, particularly for the late night munchies. Good range of ice creams, waffles,crepes and sundaes. Fairly pricey but in keeping with other places of a similar nature. Menu really should display the prices though to ensure that people don't have a nasty shock when they get to the till.
A mahoosive range of ice creams - I believe they are all manufactured by the same company?? They also sell small and large tubs of most flavours for you to take home with you. My favourite item is the 16 flavoured ice cream and sponge birthday/celebration cake!

At first I did not know where I was going as it is quite far from Cardiff it self but once there, I felt like Charlie in the chocolate factory! Great variety not only of icecreams but also of sorbet and you can always indulge in a crepe or waffle, I really missed a nice coffee to go with my dessert, and next time I will avoid the top up sauces such as chocolate or strawberry as they pour so much I couldn't even taste the ICE-CREAM, but for some it's a good problem to have, I will definitely be back, but next time I will be less greedy and have a simple cone and taste the different flavours.
