So I had ordered a #1 combo meal with beef and no sauce and the drink and fries were right but the burrito was completely wrong. It was a chicken burrito with lettuce and extra tomato, I don’t even like lettuce or tomato and not a fan of chicken soo money wasted. The wrapper was correct but what was in it was 100% wrong. Make sure you check your food before you leave

It seems every time we get food here, the staff screws it up. This time it was supposed to be crispy beef bed burritos. NOPE! turns out the staff new better then we did, we got chicken burrito’s. And no ranch that we paid for. We are patient folks, and I know with the pandemic there are some real ass’s out there. And pick on hard working people, but just because you go to work dose not mean you are working hard. Pay attention to the orders it’s not hard.

The worst taco time ever! They couldn't have messed up my order if they tried, and I think they did try. I was positive and nice while ordering and then got our order. Chicken hard shell tacos came out with nothing but beans, wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. Girl friends order was completely wrong. I normally wouldn't complain because I refuse to send back food and have something new come back to you, (who knows what the heck they will do to it!) Accepted a voucher for a free meal at a future time. I will never go back! Manager was trying to make things right, but a little bit to late!

This Taco Time is my favorite when I want chicken fried burrito and mexi fries(tater tot). It is also a clean, cosy and romantic fast food place as they have a fire place and been renovated not too long ago. Their menu is pretty simple. There is an option of a healthy choice as well. I'm gonna be honest I have a deep love for taco time. I get it once a day typically. Was pretty surprised to find an actual bone in my food today. Tried to call the store no answer and the corporate office is close. Would like to communicate my concern to an actual person, and would be happy to change my rating after I do so
Edit: I was contacted promptly the next morning regarding my concerns and can say that it was handled diligently, and professionally. Another reason to love taco time. Big shout out to Manager Miranda for being so accommodating regarding my concerns.

I have been to this Taco Time a few times before. This time I went through the drive through and it just took forever. The food was good as always, but the time to get through the drive through was way too long. I had the habanero burrito.

Ordered two platters and didn’t get the full order. Didn’t find out until we were home. ☹️

I went to get a BEAN burrito but they gave me a BEEF burrito that I didn’t want and it was RAW!!!!
