Today Saturday, January 25, 2020 I did not receive any form of good customer service from an employee who I believe is an Asian older woman.. the time is 5:15pm I ordered my food about 20min ago... this character was making faces and slurring words under her breath only because I told her she had skipped me... she started getting angry and slurring words under her breath and giving me mad, weird faces....
I come a lot to this mall and I enjoy coming to panda and other spots to eat I do not appreciate this kind of treatment...

It is tuesday, feb 11th 2020 at 4:55pm. This guy (i think his name is Joey) serving and charging at this location feeling miserable with his job is offering a horrible customer experience to customers. This location is in need of good management which really cares about customers because it is not the first time this happened. Unfortunate that the portions are also so small but yet panda express is quick to charge customers a dollar for donation without even asking. Definitely dont recomend this panda express!
