Paid for extra piece, asked before leaving to insure that we got the extra piece. Got home no extra piece. Happen the last 2 times. Not going back. Who wants to go back to the drive in. They did not credit our account any of the times.

It's rare to have such a short experience that can leave such a bad taste in your mouth. It's hard to mess up a $5 Famous Bowl fill-up and 6 piece chicken tenders, but not impossible apparently. Not only did they forget the cookie that comes with the meal and any sauces requested, they also forwent a straw, napkins, and eating utensils. Why did we need a plastic bag and paper bag for only two items??

nasty, I was doing postmates and saw they dont use gloves the cook got some potatoes on his finger and wiped it off on his shirt im disgusted with them and especially during covid

The wait here for supper time is as expected. Takes awhile. The service is always great but the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because every single time I come here, they never have extra crispy chicken. I always get the same answer, 35 minute wait. I come here a lot and it seems around dinner time, they run out quick. So, I would advise to plan ahead.

No tenders because and I quote “my cook went home” so I tried to order a bucket and they didn’t have breasts but was nice enough to replace them with smaller pieces of chicken for the same price. What a joke. I left.

They were slammed, running out of food, and the drive thru line went to the street, but even with the chaos, the guy who helped Me was so courteous and went out of his way to do what ever he could to give us the best service possible. Thank you for being so wonderful

This KFC is closest to my home so I order from them time to time. The chicken is good, but sometimes they do run out of it. I think once I had several drumsticks with detached skin, but I can live with that. Service can be slow during peak times, you come in and your pick up is not ready. Still, it serves it's purpose.
