Raley's

Staff here is wonderful! Good selection of harder to find ingredients. The only issue is physically getting into the building without being surrounded by scum bags, smoking foil , trash piles and general grossness. It's not the stores fault, they try very hard to stop this. They have security inside and out. But it's overwhelming.

I am on a road trip to my new home and I needed some supplies. When I was living in the Bay Area Nob Hill was my spot for groceries. Nob Hill is Raley's, the same company. My stop was Red Bluff and this is where this Raley's is located. I never seen such a well kept and clean groceries store in my life!! It was very nice to see. I thought I was dreaming for a minute because I never been to a grocery store that neat and clean. I was impressed! It does not stop there. I had a bit of a problem with the self check out and was stuck. LOL! A very professional and very young lady saw that I was having difficulty and without me asking she initiated the assistance! In a very friendly and professional manner. I was very grateful because I did not have to ask anyone. So, not only was the place unreal organized and clean, I had a good experience with their customer service! They get a perfect score!! Keep up the Great Work!!

I gotta say I love Raley's. It's on the pricey side for my budget, but they're also the only place in the county that carries LOTS of specialty items that I enjoy. Excellent selection of freshly baked breads. Staff always super helpful & management has been fast to replace defective foodstuffs with receipt (even though that's only happened twice in 13 years).

Spendy ,but carries products you can't find anywhere else. Deli counter outstanding. Convienent if a bit slow pharmacy , best ice cream selection for miles and miles around by far the best freezer section in Red Bluff ,just about every single thing you could imagine a grocery store should carry not only that but your choice of several brands of whatever the item may be, old fashioned checkers with these people who actually bag your groceries for you and offer to take them to your car and load them as well. Service with a personal touch.
