Dunkin'

I have had very few positive interactions with this location. The few positves have been stellar. They are outweighed by the negative. Today was the last straw. I ordered a cold brew with cream and cookie syrup. This doesnt taste like cold brew and theres no syrup. I tried to call once before when my order was wrong, but their number is out of service. I told the crew the next time i came in. Well I tried to reach out today after my experience. Shocker their phone number doesn't work. I try to call corporate and I say I need to complain about a store. The rep goes dead silent and refuses to say anything. I can hear typing in the background so I know their line isnt dead. Im switching back to starbucks. Dunkin sucks.

I had an interaction yesterday with a young man at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I walked in, went up to the counter this kid came from behind the back. He looked at me and gave me a “chin nod” As if to say what do you want? I ordered a blueberry muffin, he pointed for me to put my card in the machine to pay. He turned around, got the muffin and handed it to me. I then received another “chin nod” to say here you go. Not one word came out of this young man’s mouth! Not a smile, not a thank you? I mean how do you have an entire interaction with a customer and not speak?

There is maybe 2 of the crew workers that are actually polite. Other than that this place has HORRIBLE customer service. I can't blame them because they don't have a good example. Their manager in the morning (lady with blond hair) is the WORST one. She is ALWAYS rude and in a bad mood - ZERO customer service skills!

Cannot say how poor the service has been at this location recently. Waited five minutes at the speaker and was told “I see you’re waiting but we’re very busy” as I tapped on my drivers window. There’s plenty of other coffee shops around that can take my money. I’ve requested a response back from the manager on issues at this same location in the past with zero response.

Clean very friendly fast service. Used bathroom and was very clean as well. Left them a tip cause we should all try to leave something for employees that make min wage cause they split tips and it makes there day to have a little. Not just here but ice cream stands and farm stores anywhere a little helos everyone just like when u buy the next person a coffee it makes there day
