Chuck E. Cheese

Loved how Chuck E. Cheese came out to greet the kids and get them to do an active activity like clapping hands like a gator. Manager was very attentive and involved with staff and customers. Clean and organized. Love the vibrating device that alerts you that your food ready. They don't bring the food to you like in the past. You go to the side were the kitchen is to get your food.. nice you can choose anywhere to sit. Baby high chairs are wooden and not those retro red cushions high metal chairs from the past. Pizza oily yet yummy when hot n ready. Churros are hard, they need be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and not oversugured like before(cosco like). Love the unicorn cupcake so cute and yummy. Lots of arcade games. No more bumper cars, ball pits and indoor play gym thing they went into to explore crawling and going down the slide. Online coupons and rewards don't work for some weird reason. Printed 1 coloring pages per boy(2) to turn into register for 5 redeemable points(10pts total) and 10pts for tooth fairy reward and 10pts for good student reward and it didn't go through when it was scaned. It was current and not expired yet. Cashier was very nice to get manager to help and find way to give us the points on the play pass. Also I downloaded the app for free 500 e tickets and also didn't recieve that automatically. Weird. But did recieve 10pts for signing in with Facebook. Like the app. I scan receipts to get points. Love that. At 50, 100 and 200 points you can redeem cool prices such as e tickets, food and free play. Cool stuff online that notifies you on weekly deals or specials.

I had previously rated another Chuck E. Cheese location and gave low rating. Because I have a small child I was forced to visit another Chuck E. Cheese but a different location in what we call a nicer area of the inland empire. I was very impressed with this Rancho Cucamonga location, as I walked in the place seem super clean and not smelly at all. A factor to take in to consideration is that I visited this location on a Tuesday early afternoon and there were hardly any kids there. I met a lady manager that was friendly and was visibly walking around talking to customers. The staff was also friendly and eager to help. The salad bar looked fresh and appealing. I was given information about their birthday party celebration and I gotta say they have great party packages at an affordable price. One of the main thing that impressed men was that this location has a bumper-car ride which in my history of Chuck E Cheeses I have never seen one which was super cool and the kids seem to enjoy it. I only spotted one machine that was not working which is progress compare to my previous review. When I visit places that appeal to children I always look for cleanliness, safety, is it actually kid-friendly etc. Overall I was convinced that this was the location for me. 👍

Ok, full disclosure. I didn’t go in a super busy time but it was on a Saturday morning. And Chuck E. Cheese and me haven’t always got along...maybe it’s because I have 4 kids and I’ve been to a lot of these places. Yet, this place was awesome today for my kids birthday. We didn’t buy a package or anything, just ordered from the menu. Love the play as much as you want cards, and the games were all in really good shape and whole place was the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to. And our hostess, Toula, was just awesome guiding us through the menu and all the different upgrade options. Well done Chuck E. Cheese. Well done 🙂
