Ordered my avocado toast with bacon and literally every bit of bacon was charcoal really disappointed. Had to pick it out because it was so bitter. Was running late so I couldn't even go back to get something else 🙄 😒.

I worked at this location personally so I know first hand they encourage staff to come to work while sick . I was called while I was out sick with corona virus and The General Manger tried to fire me because it went against call out policy …. None of there staff is properly trained and management is more worried about there drive through timer more than your order being accurate or even your coffee being properly mixed . Overall the staff is treated poorly and management is beyond poor I was suggest bringing your business literally anywhere else

The worst DD ever!! Specially being in the area that's located it makes the community look bad. Bad customer service, they either give you something that you didn't order or they missed something. Who gets wrong a simple order of a passion fruit refresher and you get a strawberry one???? ugh they're so annoying 🙄. I drive by them every day and I rather go to a different DD.

They can’t seem to get orders right and to top it off they treat their employees unfairly. Employees have to ask permission to use the bathroom and if they take too long they get fired?! I’d like to give them zero stars, but it’s not an option.

I just had the absolute worst experience at this Dunkin. I attempted to go inside to pick up a mobile order because the line for the drive through was backed up into the street and I didn’t feel safe waiting in the line knowing I was going to get hit sitting in the street because the drive through was so slow and backed up! When I went inside I was degraded and ridiculed for attempting to come inside to protect my personal safety and forced to go through the incredibly dangerous drive through! I would give 0 stars if I could!

dunkin is so amazing. my favorite drink i like to get there is a frozen chocolate with a toasted almond shot and a coconut shot (1 if small, 2 if medium, and 3 if large). the workers are super friendly and are very patient.

Lack of work ethic they would rather have you stand in the lobby for almost 7 mins as they talk amongst themselves and to the customer they just serve. 3 employees & 1 already served chatting away as I wait. I didn't get a coffee, with that experience I decided to leave and boycott this location.

Ordered a French vanilla swirling the drive , they put used the shot instead. Then I tried to tell them that’s not a swirl. They made another coffee and then didn’t even mix the swirl. Looked like I had a two tier drink. On top of that, they don’t have food or donuts after 2pm!!!
