Dunkin'

I ordered a drink through the dunkin app and while I was waiting for it I saw all employees with masks below their chins, not acknowledging anyone in the line that had formed behind the register, yelling at one another, and to customers who were waiting to pick up drinks. After about 5 minutes some people from the register line started just leaving because they had been standing there being ignored for so long. The drink was good and made correctly but I wish they had been wearing masks and had been a bit more polite to each other and the customers.

Fantastic service -- clean and friendly location. Destiny told me she was new -- but you would never know it because she was already knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. She said she makes her own recipes out of the different summer drinks they offer-- so I'll have to come back to try her secret concoctions. I see her moving up the ranks here quickly. She's a keeper! :)

We go here regularly because, out of the 3 Dunkin' in the area, it's the one with the largest parking lot and typically the fastest service. The downside of this fast service is that they seem to cut a lot of corners (not talking about the minor ones) which often results in your drink having to be made again after you point it out. You have a better chance of getting your order done correctly if you go into the store and place it there, instead of through the mobile app. And don't bother with curbside pickup, while they have a spot you'll find yourself waiting outside for 10 minutes until you decide to walk inside and pick it up at the mobile pick up stand. But hey, when they get the order right it's just like any other Dunkin' around.
