A small Joint on Paud road...Staff is polite and helpful ..Since we went there on a weekday , we were the only customers but still service was very fast ...Tried Barbeque paneer and fajita chicken tacos...Taste was very good and lemon ice tea was nice ...Overall pocket friendly and a good place to hangout and have some Mexican food ..

The reason I loved this cafe a lot, is due to its versatility. I mean, the whole food experience was amazing and the way this place offers a lot of different things is remarkable.<br/><br/>The whole area is divided in two dining areas, downstairs is the outdoor seating (as alfresco means eating outdoors) and upstairs a cozy indoor, wooden seating with mexican props. The outdoors can be used as dining area as well as meeting place, work space as they provide wifi and plugs. The indoor area can be your place to celebrate Birthdays with the dash of Mexican food.<br/><br/>Positives: Good food and smoothie options, crunchy, tasty tacos, loaded sandwiches and quesadillas. Shared workspace, wifi and birthday small party arrangements, are some of the other pluses.<br/><br/>Recommended for: Mexican food enthusiasts of all age groups.<br/><br/>Some must haves:<br/><br/>1) Chipotle chicken tacos: Crunchy taco loaded with thick saucy chicken. A treat to the eye and the palate.<br/><br/>2) Fajita chicken quesadillas: Quesadillas are like my weakness and have tried them at many places. But here, hands down one of the best I've tried. The soft on the outside, saucy and juicy on the inside, mexican special is close to the authentic one.<br/><br/>3) Black devil: Charcoal based thick drink, with chocolate and banana. The overall feel is different, as the drink is jet black and thick, with the charcoal aftertaste.<br/><br/>4) Caramel dessert jar: Small jar, with two scoops of vanilla and small chunks of cake, topped with caramel syrup. Every bite had the combo of 3 different sweet levels. I would recommend to everyone.<br/><br/>Cheers! Keep up the good quality!

So I had ordered this chicken taco and one spinach corn buriito<br/>I really loved the 🌮 taco and it came with few cheese nachos. Yummy. 5/5 to taco. It will fulfilled with fresh veggies,cheddar and saucy chicken. Lovely !!!<br/><br/>Buritto was pretty heavy at first and then it was good and healthy. But I didn't like rice in it.. it was little dry and if they can make buritto little juicy or saucy then it could also get five star. But so far soo good overall. 4/5 for burrito

Taco Alfresco is one of the best places where you can get delicious Mexican food.<br/><br/>The ambience is simple yet beautiful and both outdoor and indoor seating is available.<br/><br/>In beverages, we tried their Black Devil smoothie and the pomegranate iced tea.<br/>The ice tea was quite refreshing and tangy. The black devil smoothie had banana, activated charcoal, Chocolate and it was topped with finely chopped nuts.<br/><br/>The main attraction of this place is their tacos and quesadillas!<br/>So we had ordered their Khow Suey chicken tacos and Chipotle Tacos.<br/>The tacos come with 2 options, hardshell and softshell,as per the dish you can choose the taco shell.<br/><br/>When I had the first bite of the show suey taco I was amazed by the flavours it delivered! It was as if I was eating the khow suey broth! Totally loved this item and it is a must-try over here.<br/>The Chipotle chicken taco came with a hard shell which had tender chicken pieces, cheddar cheese, lettuce and topped with Chipotle sauce. Quite spicy and quite authentic.<br/><br/>The burrito bowl is an item which will fill your tummy to the fullest. We had their Prawn Cilantro burrito bowl which came with Mexican rice, black beans, corn and prawn cooked in cilantro sauce. Comfort food and does not burn a hole in your pocket.<br/><br/>We ended our meal by having their Hot chocolate and it was pretty amazing. Loved the consistency of it, not too thick and not too thin, just perfect!<br/><br/>Do visit this place if you are craving for Mexican food and want to try authentic Mexican food!

Taco alfresco is an amazing place to have some delicious mexican food. The ambience is decent and great.<br/>We had ordered various dishes and beverages<br/>1. Khow suey chicken taco<br/>2.Chipotle chicken taco<br/>3.Cilantro prawns burrito wrap<br/>4.Barbeque paneer torta<br/>5.Fajita chicken quesadilla<br/>6.Hot chocolate<br/>7.Black devil<br/>The food was super yummy and had the perfect flavour and with a absolute mexican touch.<br/>For all the spicy lovers the fajita chicken quesadilla is a must try and for all the paneer lovers the paneer torta is a must try.<br/>The beverages were also refreshing and amazing to taste.<br/>Overall this place will surely fulfill your cravings for mexican food.

This place seems underrated for sure. Their tacos, drinks, ambience, service is all great. I had their chipotle and barbeque tacos and berry blast smoothie. Their tacos are juicy and filled with greens and veggies, their smoothies have oats and yogurt. It's actually a cute little joint for an interesting eating. Definitely should check it out.

We had the chicken combo which included 1 taco ,2 quesadillas, mini loaded chicken nachos, 1 iced tea and a chocolate mousse<br/>Taco- we ordered chipotle chicken tacos which was a hard shelled taco and was completely mindblowing. I needn't say more<br/>Quesadilla- we ordered chicken fajita quesadilla which was good and loaded with enough stuffing and cheese .<br/>Lemon iced tea and mousse wasn't up to the mark .<br/>Iced tea tasted bitter probably because of the lemon seeds in it . The mousse was extremely thick and not at all creamy.<br/>All in all it was a nice place . I would suggest to go for individual options than for the combo.<br/>It is a bit pricey for the quantity.

Starting with ambience, it's great. The food items that we ordered were<br/>chipotle chicken tacos and Khow suey chicken tacos,<br/>Cilantro prawns burrito wrap, Barbeque paneer Mexican torta, Fajita chicken Quesadilla. We also ordered few beverages like Hot chocolate and Black devil. These were the best beverages we had there. The paneer Mexican torta was the best :)<br/>Would surely recommend this place 👍

In my opinion this place is very underrated.<br/>They have some unique mocktail like the pomegranate ice tea and the kiwi lemonade are both were very refreshing.<br/>The berry blast was very flavourful.<br/>I tried their bacon lettuce tomatoes taco, not a big fan of bacon but this was so well stuffed in the taco, the taco was soft and well cokked.<br/>The khow sye chicken taco was equly good.<br/><br/>The ham and cheese was Delectable, the Chipotle chicken quesedilla took me by surprise, it was presentable, every bite was full of flavours. It was well cooked and tasted amazing.<br/>The chicken cocktail sausages were scrumptious, soft and Delectable.<br/><br/>The vanilla chocolate sundae jar and the Caramel sundaye jar were absolutely delightful to have.<br/>The place is really good in terms of their food quality and their fast service.<br/><br/>It's a must visit for sure.

After Indian food Mexican food is something I always crave for and look forward too. Discovered this place, located on the rushy lanes of Ideal Colony. Place is appropriate for an eatery to be. Menus is very appealing and promising. Loved how courteous the staff were. They try helping you out in making right choices. Quantity and the quality of food is satisfying.<br/>I loved TACOS! Taco Alfresco is definitely doing justice in providing some kickass Tacos. Pune definitely needed a place like this. Moreover the place is AFFORDABLE. The consistency was just right for me. Not very thick. The smoothie is basically a activated charcoal smoothie blended with banana and milk. The smoothie has high nutritional values and moreover has not artificial sweetener agents which make it more healthy drink.<br/><br/>CHIPOTLE CHICKEN TACO<br/>The chipotle chicken I had it in hard shell. The shell was perfect crisp and light. The taco was filled with tender and fresh chicken chunks and loaded with fresh veggies and sauces.<br/>The taco was not at all bland, full of flavour and awesomeness.<br/><br/>BARBEQUE PANEER TACO<br/>For this one I went for soft shell. The shell was fresh and soft. The barbeque flavour was on point. This tacos was slightly on the spicier side which I loved. The paneer used was fresh.<br/>Recommending this ! Definitely give it a try.<br/><br/>FAJITA CHICKEN QUESADILLA<br/>Quesadilla is my personal fav. I've personally tried them at many places but trust me this one was worth trying. Perfectly cooked and made. The filling used was appropriate and proper. The chicken was tender, soft and flavoursome.<br/>They have made menu very thoughtfully.<br/>Loved how versatile it is.<br/><br/>

This place is definite go to if you love Mexican food. They have great and wide range of options.<br/>It's a cute little place and is easily visible from the road.<br/><br/>I ordered two dishes from here.<br/>Ham and cheese taco<br/>Chipotle chicken Quesadilla<br/><br/>Ham cheese taco, It's a really good dish. The taco was fresh and is a burst of freshness. The produce used was fresh and seasoned perfectly. It isn't spicy so people looking for spicy food this taco may not be for them. I really loved this dish.<br/><br/>Chicken chipotle quesadilla, this is a true mexican dish. The very first bite you get punched in the face with the heat. This is very spicy. This is a great dish, perfectly seasoned and full of flavour and heat. I would not recommend this dish to anyone who can't handle the heat. I absolutely loved this dish as well.<br/><br/>Along with these both they even give a packet of nachos and sour cream to accompany with the the dish.<br/><br/>I would definitely recommend this place to everyone craving Mexican food.<br/>Definitely check this place out

I was longing to visit a Mexican food joint since quite long & Thanks to Neethi Jacob got an opportunity for food tasting at Taco Alfresco, Kothrud.<br/><br/>To start with the food offered there were Tacos, Smoothies, Coffee, Quesadillas & Burritos.<br/><br/>Tacos:<br/><br/>Barbeque Paneer Taco: As its name says the Paneer had smokey flavour, Sweet in taste with hint of chillies to it, as it came along with hard shell (which were crispy), I m not not much of a sweet eater but I liked it.<br/><br/>Bacon lettuce tomato taco: Bacon was nicely cooked and non chewy, it went along very well with lettuce and tomato but I must admit the sauces added to it were out of the box. This on was served with soft she'll which was equally good but my favourite was hasd shells (Though u have a choice for the shells there).<br/><br/>Chipotle Chicken Taco: Out of all the Tacos this was the best one as per me, very tender chicken chunks in hard shells served with Chipotle sauce and some more sauces as well. It had a very well balanced taste still a bit on the spicier side.<br/><br/>Khow Suey Chicken Taco: A chicken Taco with Burmese flavour was totally unexpected but to my surprise this one blew me off. I loved it to the core this is one good experiment I ve seen.<br/><br/>Smoothies, Ice Tea & Coffee:<br/><br/>Orange Velvet smoothie & Black Devil smoothie: Both the smoothie were thick and creamy, wereas Orange velvet smoothie had balanced taste of Orange whereas it wasn't too sweet on the other hand Black devil had Charcoal and Banana flavour to it, for me the winner was Orange velvet smoothie.<br/><br/>Pomegranate Ice Tea: An ice tea with very prominent taste of pomegranate served with its fresh seeds was a delight.<br/><br/>Latte with Irish syrup: For people who loves coffee, I m sure it would be loved, for people like me who loves black coffee had a love for this too. This is self explainatory.<br/><br/>Quesadillas:<br/><br/>Chipotle Cottage Cheese Quesadilla & Fajita Chicken quesadilla:<br/>The taste was almost same as the Tacos though it was saucier from inside served with Chipotle sauce over it made it even tastier.<br/><br/>Burritos:<br/><br/>Barbeque Chicken Sausage burrito wrap: This was something special, the wrap stuffed with Chicken Sausage, flavoured rice some leafy veggies and a lot of tasty sauces. Loved the way it was presented (Hope the pics are self explanatory)<br/><br/>Overall a droolworthy experience would visit there again for sure.<br/><br/>Adios till then!!<br/><br/>

We tried Fajita veg Quesadilla, Classic beans taco and nacho fries. <br/><br/>Overall Mexican taste was good but everything was toooo much spicy/ hot. Blazing spicy. Next time we will be asking for reducing spice level for our order.<br/><br/>Nacho cheese sauce could have been more cheesy, salsa was ok. <br/><br/>Overall a good experience.

Authentic and tasty tacos at reasonable prices, served by a very friendly staff. The place offers both outside seating and conditioned seating, to your preference. Now to the food :)<br/>I've been to this place a dozen of times and tried almost all of the tacos. Fajita Chicken, Classic Beans, Cilantro Prawns and Bacon Lettuce Tomato are some of their best!<br/>Their drinks are refreshing, especially the kiwi lemonade! That drink is a must the next time you visit this place. The hot chocolate could very well be ranked with some of the bests in Pune, but their pomegranate iced tea leaves something to be desired, but hey I'm just nitpicking at this point.<br/>Overall, a very nice place, keep it up!

The food is really really good,and its affordable too so,and I think its only Mexican eatery in Kothrud, no where in pune u would get a good hot chocolate for just 99₹,which tastes really awesome.<br/>All over it was great experience I have also added photos with the name of the product plz do check that also <br/>It was great been at these place

One of a kind stop in Kothrud for Mexican delicacy lovers. They've got good menu but the food isn't matching upto the standards of what Mexican food is exactly like but still it's a thumbs up for healthy food choice. I hope with time & reviews they improvise because it's got a huge potential of growth!!

This place has the best taco's I have had in Pune. The Fajita veggies taco in soft shell was tasty and the veggies were cooked as well as retained their crunch. The classic beans taco contained right amount of spices and was delicious. The potato wedges were crispy and pomegranate Ice tea was a brilliant twist to the regular Ice tea. It's a place I would like to visit often. Only tweak about the place is slow service but efficient.

Recently I've visited Taco Alfresco which is the only place in Kothrud which serves Mexican food and trust me they know their stuff. I was highly convinced by their food as I was obviously skeptical about it at the start. They serve close to Authentic Mexican food with some other fusion dishes.<br/><br/>It's located beside the Harsh restaurant behind Durga cafe. Taco Alfresco is similar to medium scall community cafe with 4 tables outside in the open, and 2-3 tables on the second floor with AC. <br/><br/>I've tried some unique things here which I would like to share with you guys.<br/><br/>1. BLT Taco - One of the most popular variants in Sandwich and Burgers now comes in Taco also. It's priced at 159 for single taco which seems pretty costly but trust me it's worth. The taco comes with the soft shell which is made up of Wheat and filled with 3-4 bacon strips which is surprisingly good and lettuce, tomato, and inhouse sauce. The quality and quantity of the Taco are really good and I personally felt it's worth the money.<br/><br/>2. Black Devil and Green Matcha Smoothie - Taco alfresco also specializes in the beverages section. They serve some great coffees as well as smoothies and shakes. The black devil is nothing but healthy shake which is a combination of activated charcoal and chocolate. You get that crackling taste of the charcoal powder and thick texture of the smoothie in same. The taste of this shake was balanced and you need to develop palate to enjoy this one. Green Matcha was something I personally loved it, the perfect balanced blend of flavors with a good amount of sweetness is something you would like to have here. [129/139]<br/><br/>3. Khow Suey Taco - I love Khow Suey and when I saw this on the menu I had to order it. It's a perfect flavor for me. The things you expect from the Khow suey taco, these guys make sure to deliver it on point. The taco looks really good and tastes the same as Khow Suey. It comes with corn-based hard taco shell, which makes it hard to eat but it's worth. The sweet creamy flavor of coconut with the tanginess of sauce and crispy taco is a great combination. [139/-]<br/><br/>They serve nachos as complimentary with every taco.<br/><br/>I personally loved the food I had here and trust me they have some great stuff to offer. You might think prices are on the higher side but the things they use are worth the price. Definitely try it and let me know how it goes..

Great Mexican restaurant close to Ideal Colony, Kothrud.<br/><br/>I am a big fan of Mexican food, especially tacos. I've been searching for an authentic Mexican restaurant in Pune for a while now. I am really glad that Taco Alfresco decided to open their first restaurant in Kothrud. My wife and I went here today for the first time and here is my review.<br/><br/>We ordered 4 different tacos - Chicken Fatijas in soft shell taco, Barbeque Chicken in hard shell taco, Cilantro Prawns in hard shell taco and last but not the least Bacon Lettuce Tomato in soft shell taco.<br/><br/>Bacon lettuce tomato is a well known sandwich variety, but who knew it would taste so good in taco form. Clearly the WINNER for me.<br/><br/>Second place would be a tie between Chicken Fajitas and Cilantro Prawns. The fajitas taco had really authentic flavours, but it kinda went the Taco Bellish route with all the cheese. The cilantro prawns taco did have a nice mix of flavours, but it was a bit less tangy and sour for my liking.<br/><br/>Barbeque chicken taco was a good dish by itself, but for me it was closer to a quesadilla than a taco, probably because of the cheese.<br/><br/>We also ordered a kiwi lemonade, which was okay.<br/><br/>All in all, we loved the food, the service was good too. We had a few suggestions regarding the food which we discussed with the owner Mayur, who welcomed the suggestions and positive feedback with a big smile and open mind.<br/><br/>We are definitely going back to this place soon to try a few more dishes. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Mexican food or wants to try it.<br/><br/>

It was accompanied by some crispy Nachos with cheese sauce on it.<br/><br/>Orange Velvet Smoothie is the real rockstar for me. This Orangy creamy feast is very refreshing.<br/><br/>Coming to Chipotle Chicken quesadilla, this dish is combination of cheese, chicken with bellpeppers in tortilla and grilled. Crispy tortilla and spicy cheesy chicken tastes really good.<br/><br/>All in all great place to hang out with friends for Authentic Mexican food. Their coffee menu is good too. A newly opened, cosy little place in Kothrud which for once serves food the comes really close to authentic Mexican. The service is really good and the servers polite. We tried just the tacos the first time, but would surely visit again. The restaurant was happy to provide us extra sour cream to suit our taste. Highly recommended for a quick bite.

Let's just imagine, we begin our day with a bad mood and lot of distress. There is nothing you would even like to have around you. But, then you can visit taco alfresco and try out their black charcoal thingy! Superb, marvelous it would give you cheer that even the break up with my x didn't! 🤣<br/>The guys at the store are extremely friendly and take care of the fact that food should be well served and with the right amount of ingredients.<br/>To tell the story, they have burrito bowl which would make your tummy go full and tacos which taste actually like tacos. P.S. they did not get soggy!<br/>Particular mention to their vegetarian dishes; unlike our local vendors they are actual making authentic stuff!<br/>Looking forward to visit them with more friends and family!

Love for Mexican never dies ❤️ I Love every bit of this place.. it’s a compact place and nice ambiance and specially want to mention about the staff, excellent service. Live kitchen so that you can have look in what exactly  is prepared and served. Homemade Taco's are a must. the beverages also has its own touch, Must try Taco's, Burritos and the smoothie.

This newly opened Cafe is located on paud road near Gitai Shopping Complex. Which serves some fantastic Mexican food. Cozy ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. The atmosphere is just perfect to suit casual dining- cum-fast food restaurant.<br/>The menu is written on a blackboard which gives the feeling of a European cafe. Though the A-la-carte is not very big, I found it has enough options for everyone to choose from.<br/><br/>To talk about the food, we tried some of Their recommended dishes:<br/><br/>- Mexican Chicken taco - We chose to have this in a hard shell, it has the perfect blend of tangy and spicy flavors, topped with some salsa, sour cream, and cheddar cheese<br/><br/>- Bacon Lettuce Tomato taco - Classic variation of BLT in their own style served in Taco. Bacon lovers should not miss this!<br/><br/>- Barbeque Paneer taco - This is an excellent choice for vegetarians, a good amount of barbeque sauce coated paneer cubes with lettuce and other toppings.<br/><br/>PS - you can choose your shell while ordering. They have got both soft and hard shells. Also the same goes for tacos .... it can be made into tortilla wraps.<br/><br/>- Loaded Nachos - This one's a must try!<br/><br/>Every bite of it's a real treat.
