Dunkin'

Terrible. —-Gave me a TAMPERED sandwich that a customer returned and lied to my face when I asked if this was the sandwich that man just returned—I ordered two iced coffees and a bagel egg sandwich, five~ people ordered after me, I got one iced drink then I sat and waited for everything else. A man even comes back in with his order and says that his sandwich was a bagel sandwich and he asked for a croissant.((I’m guessing this was my bagel sandwich that they gave that man-no they didn’t call it out they personally handed it to him))anyway they made him the croissant sandwich and put the other bag aside-did not throw it out…- 15 minutes go by as I’m watching everybody else get their sandwiches and coffees and I’m Still waiting for the rest of my order before a girl notices and asks me what else am I waiting for, I show her my receipt and tel her I’m still missing the blueberry coconut iced coffee and my bagel sandwich. She asks her coworker “this is bagel right?” (Referring to the product that the man had returned that I mentioned previously) coworker says “Yes” she proceeds to give me the returned sandwich, I ask her “…is this the sandwich that guy just returned?” She looks me straight in the eye and says “no :)”. She lied to my face, and both workers were okay with giving a customer a tampered product. Literally so disgusting!!! I was so disappointed and disgusted with them. The ONLY reason I didn’t call them out then and there was because i needed to get to work because by that time I had already wasted 20 minutes there. I strongly recommend you do not buy food at this location seeing how ok they are with giving people food that a stranger had tampered with.

Just left - terrible service. The cashier took my order and scanned my Dunkin app and then the register stopped working. I was on a time crunch so I asked to cancel my order. She said that it wasn’t possible to cancel/refund me and rolled her eyes at me when I asked why. I ended up paying but not recovering any coffee.Very upset :(

Ordered a donut. Child dropped said donut. Cashier told me 80x he had to charge me again. I kept saying okay. He didn't understand. It was annoying. Didn't feel like I should be charged again, but agreed to the charge nonetheless and the cashier could still not even understand that I was agreeing with him and saying okay. There's probably 2 people here IF THAT - that actually speak English. Kind of makes it hard to place an order when the people who work there don't understand you. I've tried learning Spanish, but it's not working out so well. . .

I go in n ask for my coffee when I get out i try it n it states bad. I go back for her to fix it because I pay for something I’m gonna drink Atleast I should like it, when I got in she keeps telling me she did it how she was supposed to with an attitude, after she accused me me of being mean n having an attitude, so I told her I wasn’t showing attitude n then ask for her name n she refused to give me her name after I asked again n she kept ignoring me after I said it the last time she said her name is Maria n then i asked for her last name n she said very rudely to not worry about her last name to just worry about her first name then continued to ignore me, terrible business

Today, I was here to get cappuccino, I noticed the guy who preparing it is not following rules I can break down the situation exactly, what I experienced Employer is 1. Not wearing any hand gloves. 2. Keep bare hand against coughing. 3. Preparing cappuccino without sanitizing hands. 4. Clean extra foam and put back in the steamed milk jar with the fingers... @manager: if you get a chance to see this review, please do take care of these things.
