the man working at 12:30pm on 05/11/22 was extremely rude!! he made me sandwich wrong and was complaining about him messing up! he verbally attacked me! i didn’t appreciate the way he was talking to the other employees. To top it off i asked for my sandwich to be toasted and he didnt even toast it either!! extremely disappointed with how i was treated here.

Customer beware I purchased food from there, and I got sick. I contacted corporate and didn't receive a refund.
I ordered Broccoli and Cheddar soup, with a veggies on flat bread. Will never eat at any of these locations again.

What can I say, its a Subway except its downtown so its small and cramped. Food was fresh and tasted great. Employees were friendly and got the job done. Prices were pretty steep due to it being downtown too.

The man working at 7pm 8/16/21 was extremely rude, I rang the other side accidentally thinking that’s the entrance to subway and he approached me very aggressively asking what am I there for and what do I want from inside of subway because he works there and I was very confused I didn’t even know he worked there he looked like kind of close to a bum and he was smoking outside by the street, and kept asking aggressively what do I want then he asked me something extremely inappropriate. You should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring people like this. He had a subway apron on that’s how I was able to confirm he worked there

Good enough. If you've been to a subways it's the same as any other subway. Foods good enough, especially if you just want to fill up and don't care too much about the quality.

Every single sandwich I've ordered from this place looked like it's been abused or stepped on. Also, staff can be a bit gruff sometimes. Still tastes okay, as it is a subway, but you could do better at the other subway two blocks *south on state street.

Hats off to CTA employees, especially at the Randolph & Wabash station. We wandered in looking like lost tourists, and the station agent came out from the booth to help us select the right ticket for us and where we wanted to go. Trains and stations were clean, and staff and passengers were friendly. Stopped for lunch great choices lots of salad, bread cookies and raspberry tea, very different, service was ok and decor could do with an update
