Staff was amazing! We arrived at 8pm and didn't realize the lobby closes at 8 and drive through was open till 9. Cashier greeted us with a smile and even offered to let us dine in (we chose not to as we are not that type of person... we know what it's like to want to leave work ASAP). Our Togo order was hot, fresh (even right at closing) and delicious!

Went in and ordered the #6 combo, original and all white meat. Supposed to be $9.99. Was charged an extra 1.59 for the white meat and only got 1 breast and 2 wings. Have ordered this combo many times and I have never been charged extra for the white meat and always got 2 breast and 1 wing. Don't know what is going on but I will not be back. Over $13.00. Never again.

I have to say, recently I've noticed a declined in customer service at pretty much everywhere but this location has stuck by the basic principles of customer service that all restaurants should have. The elderly lady that waited on me was just awesome in every way. Thanks for not losing what matters most during a time when everyone else is conforming to the world.

Terrible, just terrible. I went there for dinner at 8:43 and they told me they only had some macaroni and a chicken pot pie left. They said they closed at 9. Why would they not have more food available? I think the owner needs to retrain the managers and employees. They still had almost 20 minutes until close. They could have cooked any item they had in that time frame. I will not be coming back because of the bad experience.

Looked on the internet for Prattville KFC menu & it showed 2 featured specials of a sandwich, side, drink & cookie or chicken breast, side, drink & cookie for $5 each. Went to KFC & they said it was for online orders only. What I looked up was regular menu, not online ordering. They would not honor that price. I did look up online ordering menu & it only showed full price items. I think the employees are incorrect, but they refused to look at what we tried to show them. Decided to give our money to Chick-Fil-A instead. I think this is a rip-off & false advertising.
