Hardee's

I just came through the drive thru and waited 25 minutes for two milkshakes. When I finally got to the window, the girl tried to give me someone else's order. When I got the two milkshakes, the cups were lacking a significant amount of milkshake. The girl told me that was because she made them extra thick! Never heard that one before! Won't be back...

Been here multipl times and it’s gotten way better over the past month. When the gentleman was the manager the service was very slow and the workers would just walk around like ‘hey you guys!’ However, I have noticed in the past couple of weeks since the new manager has came on, I believe her name is Wendy, the employees seem to be on top of the orders and much more relaxed and happier to be at work. The service is also a lot better!! Also, the food has been better. There had been several times where I had to wait and wait but like I said over the past month it’s gotten so much better. Also, there were multiple times when I would go that the gentleman manager would be outside or just nowhere to be found. But Wendy, I really hope that’s her name, is just so sweet and always willing to help no matter what. I would suggest getting a baby changing station...that would have made it a lot easier on me to change my little one but other than that it’s pretty awesome!! Kudos to Wendy and whoever hired her because she seems to know how to handle a store!

2/10/19 - I love this place! But I only treat myself if I can't make it home on time or if I have coupons. They are very busy every morning for their famous biscuits, but often peaceful after lunch passes by. It's almost sad, their burgers surpass the big 3 clowns, and rival Checker's/Rally's! They even have table service, and keep the inside spotless.

Horrible customer service. Tried making a order at the drive thru and before I could finish the woman kept screaming pull up I get to the window and they seemed frustrated that we had coupons even though I told her before we pulled up and they continued to be rude. They made us pull up and we waited almost 15 mins for two combos. Waisted my whole lunch break dealing with them. And the didn't even give us napkins, straws, or any condiments. We will not be back.
