Placing an online order is suppose to make things quicker but what good does that do when you’re told as you walk through the door to pick it up “I’m sorry but I have other orders for people in the lobby to finish first”. If you have a specific time on an online order then as close to that time it should be available. The customers in line may have to wait a few minutes for that order to be made. Maybe more staff should be available so that online orders get completed on time.

Went and both employees making the food were not wearing masks. Well one had hers on halfway but the guy didn't even have one at all so we left.

Been standing in. Line for 41 min. Only 1 employee and she was filling a large phone order. ..... Out of roast beef. And no help at all. Still got 3 ahead of me and she's doing ALL SHE CAN DO..... REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Can never keep sandwich supplies in stock, often time will be seen on phone in office instead of working, wearing face mask improperly, and constantly touching their faces

Miranda is the only reason we continue to come in on a weekly basis! If she isn’t managing she should be. As a local business owner I understand the importance of customer service. The other employees could learn a thing or two from her. Owners and upper management please take this review seriously!

I used to love going to this Subway, but the employees now are horrible. They don't care to make decent food, they keep the phone in use for hours at a time, and they are rude. Big ole' pass on this place.
