Ruby Tuesday

I came in with my friend on a Saturday night and it was super slow in there. The service here was AWFUL! We waited for more than 40 minutes for our food to come out. And when it finally came out on our table, there were no utensils to eat our food with. We had to ask for it. While we were waiting for a very long time for our food to come out, we were looking around the restaurant and noticed the whole restaurant was so dirty. Food crumbs were all over the floor everywhere (see attached picture below), all the tables were so dirty. Even my friend had to wipe our table with an alcohol wipe herself that she pulled out from her own purse. The whole experience here was so bad that we will never come back to this location again.

Do not eat here. We had the worst service ever. The drink machine went down, due to neglecting to clean it right. We received filthy forks and knives. They took them back to clean them 3 times and they still were filthy. Our orders sat for at least an hour before they were served. By the time our food reached the table everything was dry and tasted like rubber.

We visited on a Sunday night and the place was absolutely filthy. There were no crowds and almost no people there (should have been our first sign), so it was not due to a rush. Salad bar and the floor all around it was very dirty as in food and sauce everywhere in the floor. We were there for over an hour and it was never cleaned. The plates on the salad bar were dirty with finger prints and dried food. Had to ask for new silverware because the forks we were given had dried food on them. The chair I was sitting in was rocking from being broken and the table was sloped sideways. We could hear the waitress behind us on the phone telling someone she was trying her best to “get out of here.” I really dislike seeing a lot of filthy factors in a restaurant for areas you can see, because who knows what it’s like in the areas you can’t see such as the kitchen. The food was not great at all. I’ve eaten at the Alcoa location and it was very good but we won’t be back to this location! Worst $100 I’ve spent in a long time on food!!!

I never thought I'd find a hometown bar to hang out without the loud music. We had the sweetest, bartender Laura who kept us laughing along side other coworkers coming an going. The camaraderie amongst them is really amazing. Other regulars came in an it was just great nite. OK food was almost as amazing as the atmosphere.

Tonite was made great by one employee who seemed to multi task several positions and still the happiest employee we’ve seen in a very long time. She sat us, took our drink order. Later in our meal she checked back twice on us. We asked her if she was the manager? Nope she said.. I’m in charge of the salad bar. Food was excellent, ribs unbelievable.. Overall everything was awesome.. Will come back..

Honestly, this place was a major letdown. The staff was extremely unprofessional (we waited for longer than usual to even be acknowledged; they were throwing keys at each other; our waitress sat down to take our order and then didn't even get it right), the food was sub-par and not cooked to our specifications, nor worth the prices for the portions/quality, and the whole place felt...off. I would avoid it, honestly. If this is how all Ruby Tuesdays are, I understand why they're closing left and right.

Brought my high maintenance kids out for dinner and to my surprise it was amazingly perfect.. The food was great as usual.. my children for whatever reason were well behaved. The whole atmosphere in the restaurant was just smooth, happy and not tense like its been in the past propably due to covid periods. I never leave reviews but couldn't wait to do so tonite. Thank U 😊
