Panera Bread

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was almost completely liquid, i also ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel and cream cheese but they gave me an everything bagel with no cream cheese. how do you mess up such an easy order, even if they were out of the cinnamon crunch bagel then they should’ve told me so i could choose something else. horrible service, even the girl working the window was very passive aggressive. worst panera in cbus

Honestly, I wish it was possible to give this location a zero star review. As someone who works in the "service industry," I'd be embarrassed if this was the best I could do. The manager of this location should be fired. I remember when Panera Bread was a fun place to eat with tasty food. What I was served a few nights ago was a slap in the face. I will never visit this location again. Ever. It would be nice if I could get my money back, as this "sandwich" cost me $12, but no one would answer the phone, even after multiple attempts trying to call them. This is the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. Please compare the picture from their website to what I was given. As another reviewer stated, this is pathetic. Heed my advice. If you're tired, don't feel like cooking, and want a delicious sandwich, go to Be Fit! I'll never make this mistake again.

I went in with my husband around 7:45pm. I ordered one of the new grain bowls and it was delicious- WHOEVER I noticed there were no avocados in it as there were supposed to be. When I originally went up to get my food there was no one there because they were all starting to close things down and move food to the back. When I went back up to ask about the avacado a girl told me that they ran out, and then just continued to stare at me... didn't ask if I wanted something different, no one told me when I ordered it that they were out of some of the ingredients. I have worked in the food industry for 12 years and if I'm out of something I inform the customer. I would NEVER serve food and just "hope they dont realize something is missing!" While we were eating we could hear them all talking loudly about how they were "trying to get out early/asap" and telling one another to hurry up. One girl was even eating the produce out of the bins with her bare hands right in front of us! SUPER unprofessional all around. Doesn't help that the prices keep going up and food quantity keeps going down.

Ordered 2 You pick 2 meals. Got home and the pizza was left out of the bag and missing. I called the store for a refund WHICH THEY NEVER PROcessed. So lunch for 2 was ruined and they are incapable of refund or even an apology . No worries- we won’t be back again for another 2-3 years. Continues to be lousy and overpriced.
