went through at 10 pm. guy said they were out of water. i said that’s fine, can i get a latte? they were out too. maybe a bad day, right? can i get some food? nope. out of that too. i guess they’re out of everything. if you can’t even serve water just close at that point.

Decent coffee but I believe they are pricing themselves out of my market. Coffee is never consistent. You would think with a chain you could get the same thing with the same result but that's not the case at all. Sometimes the coffee is bitter and over brewed. The money you spend here you could get a awesome speciality coffee at a local coffee cafe.

My favorite dunkin! My coffee is always exactly how I order it. The staff is helpful and courteous! The donuts could use a little more icing though.

How is the establishment open 24 hours but at 730pm have zero donuts made? This is a joke. It’s Dunkin’ DONUTS right? Let me guess, “short staffed” therefore can’t make donuts. Even still, being short staffed isn’t an excuse for poor service. And it’s crazy that I am being told that they get a delivery “once in the morning and that’s it” - hmmmm….but open 24 hours. How does that even make sense. Never again.

Ordered two orders of egg bites and only received one. She had to make the other order and said it "wasn't on the screen" even though it was on my receipt. This isn't the first time this has happened to me (mostly this happens at the other Portage location). What's up with Dunkin's system? Or is it the employees?
Was also told their Oatmilk is discontinued at this location but they still advertise their Oatmilk lattes?
Overall was mildly annoyed but the egg bites are always delicious.

Someone please explain to me how this establishment DOESNT have HOT COFFEE Available?!! Service is terrible… waited 10 minutes for service, the lobby was completely empty. The employee working the front was too busy flirting in the drive-they window. If i could give no stars I would. Please take ur money elsewhere!

I stopped here for some hot chocolate, they advertise the Oreo hot chocolate but it was out of stock. That's alright the regular hot chocolate was still amazing! The staff was friendly and got us our order very quickly. The gingerbread cookie donut was pretty good. I dunked it in my hot chocolate so it was even better.

There are was indian employee who don't sale me cup of hot tea, just he said no tea, that's it. But really tea bags was in stock. And indian employee was nervous.
