Taco Bell

This is the 2nd night in a row I have tried ordering before midnight and they are closed. Online says they close at 12. Tonight I ordered before 11, and we go to pick it up, now the money has already been taken from my account and all, and we get there and they are closed early yet again. I understand if people are understaffed, I work in the restaurant industry, but they need to fix their hours and make it to where people can’t still place orders because that’s pretty messed up.

This is the worst Taco Bell around. They never have any of the ingredients in stock and arbitrarily close long before their posted hours all the time. I just sent a mobile order and everything went through including the charge on my credit card and I got there and they were closed. These issues are so consistent that the manager should be fired.

Hello, I entered your store and ordered a week or so ago and I just wanted to write on my experience. A woman with short hair was taking orders from some customers who required a little extra time when ordering and she was so calm and professional it was amazing. I tried to catch her name but didn’t see a name tag. This was around lunch time and the drive thru line was crazy and inside had a small line. But she took her time and was so kind to everyone who ordered. Once she was done taking our orders she hustled around to then get everything ready for the orders while helping other co workers. I understand the impact that COVID has had on staffing and this industry, I own a business myself. I just wanted to say that this woman is doing an amazing job and to keep up the good work!

Very disappointed in this location. They've always been very friendly (and still are), but they've discontinued the ONE THING that was my go-to. The chicken grilled stuft burrito. I was so stunned I ordered a burrito supreme instead but it was not good. Probably because I was expecting the flavor of my grilled stuft, but no matter because I won't be going back. *sad face*
