I can only explain the bad reviews by considering that almost anyone who has a good experience at a Subway doesn't go out of their way to post about it. This Subway is family owned and is extremely friendly. As another poster said, they remember my order and I am also not that frequent a customer.

The staff here know my two orders of choice to the T. And I'm not even a very frequent customer at this location. Staff is extremely friendly and are not afraid to start small talk while your waiting (I take notice of this as positive) I can say I smile before I even walk in the door because i know what to expect.
