The mall had just opened and I'd ask the manager of the store for a pepperoni pizza and he told me he had to make a fresh one when are you just taking one out of the said he had to sell that specific pizza by the slice and had to make me a fresh one and I told him I didn't have time for that and he said well sorry I'm not doing that. So he chose to lose the sale

I love their pizza it is my favorite ❤️ The one thing I want to complain about is they have made the individual slices much smaller ! Not sure if I think the slice they gave me yesterday is worth what we paid !!!!!! And sometimes the staff is friendly and sometimes they are not ! I do love the pizza !

Communicating an order to the employees is very difficult. The girl working didn’t want to be bothered to take our order...could barely hear her mumble when I asked a question... I pointed to a ready made pizza in the case and asked the price, she rudely pointed to the menu board without saying a word! The guy making the pizzas yelled from across the room “ ALL THE PRICES ARE ON THE BOARD” Which I couldn’t read because I forgot my glasses! The general feeling is that a customer is interfering with whatever they are doing.. pretty sad when there’s only four restaurants to choose from in this mall and the staff of this Sbarro could care less! We left feeling badly and ate someplace else! Completely disgusted !! I feel badly for the owner to have such a disgraceful staff! ZERO STARS !
