I always come to this location, but no employee has ever stood out the way Cora just did. She was very friendly, informative, and courteous to me. I mentioned that I had been looking at the shrimp every time that income in but never tried them before. She quickly asked if I wanted to sample it. I sampled it and LOVED it. Added it onto my order. She met us with a smile and held that smile the entire time. Hire more Cora’s. We love her now

Expect no chicken when you order the string bean chicken. Poor service from an older lady.
I would rather support a locally owned non-franchise establishment that gives you great portions and service.

Excellent food! Good portions, well cooked & fresh! Friendly staff except for the older lady who rushes you as you order- no patience and not the best maners from her...but other than that a great Panda to dine in or take out! 😊

The food here always tastes good with a good size selection and you can watch them cooking up fresh batches in the background. But if you go within 30 minutes to an hour of closing, they stop cooking, so the food isn't as fresh anymore and the selection starts dwindling to only a few choices within the last 30 minutes. Because of this, I try to get there an hour or more before closing time for the fresh selection.

This is the absolute worst Panda Express location. The employees are extremely rude. After my first visit, I wrote it off as maybe just a busy night or something. I tried this location again after a couple of months and it’ll the service was actually worse. This location does not close until 9:30. I arrived at 8:30. They were out of several common entrees and when I asked if they could make more, the employee was extremely rude in stating no. You will be open for another hour and won’t make any more of a common entree at a customer’s request??? After both visits I have left and gone to the location in Allen and the service is 200% better. Although it is closer, I will never visit this location again.

Before walking in I could see two employees conversing which wasn’t a problem but as soon as I stepped in the facility the employees did not acknowledge me so I quickly got some hand sanitizer just to give them some extra time to finish their convo, stood in front of them for a good 10 seconds and they were still talking! I felt like a ghost! Then, as soon as I opened the door to walk out, the employee says, “ Hi how are you sir?” Hah, how pathetic. Will not be spending my money here and will NOT recommend anyone to visit this location.

Food isn’t the freshest as other locations. When the crew member asked how many hot mustard sauce packets I wanted I said 10 - he then threw 3 packets in my bag. Why even ask then?!

Good service other than the fact every time I order Beef WITH Broccoli I get almost ALL BROCCOLI, like 2 pieces of beef ever....What's the point of getting it if you aren't giving me the BEEF?????? Poor portion balance
