Very disappointing to pull up to the store at 9:30 to see them shutting off the open sign especially since they were supposed to be open until 10 which was confirmed by the business one week ago. One couple walked up to the door, pulled on it and knocked on the door while the girl ignored them and continued closing the register.

The frozen yogurt was very good. But the lady running the store was very rude, was on her phone the whole time, didn't explain anything, didn't ask us what size just handed us a cup and we waited for 5 minutes for her to get off the phone and put our toppings on. They weren't even busy. Good frozen yogurt though

5 stars for the froyo but minus 2 for customer service. I got a text from sweetfrog saying hoppy birthday receive a free 12oz cup up to 5 dollars expires 1/24 so the kids ask to go there tonight and I figured at least I dont have to pay for my own I show the women my text and she tell me sorry you gotta go online and do something that I couldnt understand. I corrected her and showed her the message again now she says put each cup up individually I'll weigh them and give you a free one again I say I'll pay for the 3 kids mine is free up to 5 bucks. Again she says something no one understands and weighs each one and instead of giving me my $4.44 cup free she takes my sons $2.10 cup off and says ok I gave you a free cup. Wow really . I've seen people in line pay $20 bucks for 2 cups. Pretty sure they make enough money to give 1 cup away to customers that go there more than once a year seriously this store wouldnt shut down. If you dont want to give a 5 dollar cup out dont offer it
